Lakers look to bounce back; take 2-1 lead over Warriors

The Lakers had a rough Game 2 performance but did what they needed to do on the road. Winning one of two games on the road trip was the goal for LA, as it now allows them the chance to win their home games to win the series.

This is how it played out against the Grizzlies. The Lakers took Game 1 in that series and took care of business at home to win the series in six games.

In Game 3, LA will need a bounce-back performance from Anthony Davis. Davis dominated in Game 1 with 30 points and 23 rebounds. He struggled in Game 2, with only 11 points and seven rebounds.

The Lakers' success will rely on the play of Davis on both ends of the floor. If he can dominate down low, LA has a good chance of coming away with a victory.

Golden State’s three-point shooting has been tough for the Lakers to defend thus far. Darvin Ham and the coaching staff need to make adjustments to limit their success from distance.

LA is 3-0 in the playoffs at home thus far. Look for Davis to set the tone for the Lakers at home in Game 3 as they try to take a 2-1 lead.
