Ben Cooper – Editor-in-Chief

Ben is a sports journalist covering professional and college basketball, football, and baseball. As the Editor-in-Chief at LakersAllDayEveryday, Ben oversees all editorial content related to the Los Angeles Lakers, including writing news and analysis articles, editing articles, managing the writing staff, handling staff changes, negotiating sponsorships for the news site, and coordinating media credential applications. Ben contributes to Sports Illustrated, covering the Iowa Hawkeyes, Iowa State Cyclones, Ohio State Buckeyes, UConn Huskies, Houston Texans, Miami Marlins, and college basketball. Ben also writes for ClutchPoints, reporting on major NBA and NFL stories, including trades, free agency, and opinion pieces.

RC Nazemi – Head Writer 
 
RC Nazemi is a writer and basketball analyst focused on the Los Angeles Lakers and the stories behind the game. He’s the Head Writer at LakersAllDayEveryday, where he covers news, writes opinion pieces, and helps lead the editorial direction of the site. His work blends basketball insight with real-world perspective.
 
Ricky Bell – Writer 
 
Ricky Bell is a dedicated NBA enthusiast with a deep passion for the game. As a former college basketball player, Ricky leverages his on-court experience to provide insightful analysis and foster a deeper understanding of the sport for NBA fans. He is currently completing his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management at California Lutheran University, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
 
 
Ca’ren Franklin was born with a deep love for the NBA, particularly the Lakers, and he’s chosen to use his writing skills to share that love with you, the fans. He is now pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Sports Emphasis at California Lutheran University. He hopes to grow into a wider market and advance in the sports broadcasting/journalism profession in the near future. He resides in Thousand Oaks, CA.
 
Gary Guillory – Writer
 
Gary Guillory is a passionate and die-hard fan of the Los Angeles Lakers. He took his love for the NBA and utilized it in his hobby of reading and writing. His passion for the Lakers transcends the court and finds its way into his literary projects. Gary holds an associate’s degree in journalism from Chaffey College. He is pursuing a history degree and teaching credentials at California Baptist University, demonstrating his diverse academic interests. Gary had the honor of writing for Chaffey College’s newspaper, “The Breeze,” last season. He runs a personal blog analyzing the Lakers’ called “Gary’s Give & Go” on Substack. These experiences have strengthened his grasp of the game and honed his ability to deliver compelling pre- and post-game analyses and insightful opinion pieces.
 
Hank Strand – Writer
 
Hank Strand has been writing for LADE since June 2024. He possesses a strong passion for basketball, writing, and the Los Angeles Lakers. He is currently finishing a Bachelor’s degree in Media & Strategic Communications from Boise State University and is pursuing a career in the professional sports industry. 
 
Caden Henderson – Writer
 
Caden Henderson has been working as a sports journalist since he was five years old and started his YouTube show, CadenCenter. He has interviewed athletes and celebrities such as Kyrie Irving, Ernie Johnson, Mike Trout, and Reggie Miller. He has written for his local community newspaper as well as appeared as a guest analyst on CBS LA Sports Central and more. A lifelong sports fan, Caden especially loves the NBA and the Lakers. He is pursuing a degree in Sports Broadcasting, Journalism, and Sports Information at the University of Redlands, where he also does PA, play-by-play and hosts the school’s new sports show.
 
Antonio Valle – Writer
 
Antonio Valle, born and raised in Los Angeles, is a die-hard Lakers fan. He has a lifelong dream of working in sports, specifically as a Sports Writer. He graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Communication. He has worked previously with the Los Angeles Clippers Communications staff and at Fox Sports as a Production Assistant. He hopes to grow as a writer and write captivating pieces to get the attention of Lakers fans.
