Injury Report: Lakers at Spurs

The Los Angeles Lakers continue their back-to-back road trip tonight as they face the San Antonio Spurs.

The Lakers are looking to get back on track after three straight losses, including their first NBA Cup defeat to the fully healthy Phoenix Suns. The team has struggled with consistency, and ongoing injuries to key players are making it harder to win.

Lakers Injury Report

  • Jaxson Hayes (Out/Right Ankle Contusion): Hayes re-injured his ankle in his first game back. The Lakers could lose him for an indefinite period.
  • Anthony Davis (Active/Foot): Davis is active and remains the team’s anchor on both sides of the floor.
  • Cam Reddish (Active/Ankle Soreness): Reddish will play despite ankle soreness. With Reddish playing solid minutes recently, having him out would be a big blow.
  • Dalton Knecht (Active/Right Quad Contusion): The rookie will play and start despite a right quad injury.
  • Bronny James (Out/Heel): James will miss the game due to his heel injury.
  • Jarred Vanderbilt (Out/Foot): Vanderbilt is still sidelined as he rehabs his foot injury.
  • Christian Wood (Out/Knee): Wood will remain out for the next 2-3 weeks due to a knee injury.

Spurs Injury Report

  • Devin Vassell (Off Injury Report): Vassell is cleared to play after recovering from a knee injury.
  • Keldon Johnson (Active/Hamstring): Johnson is active for tonight’s game after dealing with a hamstring issue.
  • Jeremy Sochan (Out/Left Thumb): Sochan is out for tonight’s game as he rehabs from thumb surgery.

The Lakers face a tough test against the Spurs while dealing with several key injuries off the bench. Staying healthy and consistent will be key for Los Angeles as they look to bounce back.
