Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026.

LADE LLC operates Lakers All Day Everyday (LADE) and lakersalldayeveryday.com. This privacy policy describes how LADE LLC handles information in connection with this website. For privacy questions, contact aron@lakersalldayeveryday.com.

Information you provide

When you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, message and any other information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to news tips, corrections, partnership inquiries and other requests. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.

Website operation and analytics

Our site uses WordPress.com and Jetpack, provided by Automattic, for hosting and website features. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, referring pages, visit times and site activity to operate the site, provide statistics and help detect abuse. Contact-form information may also be processed by our hosting, form and spam-protection services.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, including which pages are viewed and how visitors interact with content. Analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies. See Automattic’s visitor privacy notice and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Advertising and cookies

Advertising helps support LADE’s coverage. We use Google AdSense. Google and other advertising providers may use cookies and similar technologies to display and measure ads. Advertising cookies can support personalized ads based on visits to this site and other websites. Ad providers may also receive information such as your IP address, device details and the page being viewed.

You can manage Google ad personalization through Google Ad Settings. You can also explore participating advertisers’ choices at YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalization does not remove all advertising.

Videos, social content and external links

Our pages include YouTube videos and Instagram content, and some articles may embed posts from X or other platforms. Loading or interacting with third-party content may disclose technical information to its provider and allow that provider to use cookies or associate the interaction with an account you are signed into. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Links to other websites, including our shop and social accounts, take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

Where a consent or privacy message is displayed, you can use it to review the providers and purposes described in the message and make your choices. These choices apply to the services covered by that message; embedded videos and social platforms may offer separate privacy controls.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser controls and advertising preferences do not necessarily stop every form of technical data collection.

To ask about personal information you have sent to LADE, or to request access, correction or deletion, email aron@lakersalldayeveryday.com. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your request before taking action.

Storage, retention and sharing

We do not have a scheduled deletion period for contact-form submissions or inquiry emails. We retain these messages indefinitely unless they are deleted, including in response to an applicable privacy request. To request deletion, contact aron@lakersalldayeveryday.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements. This describes LADE’s message records; third-party providers have their own retention practices.

Messages and related records may be stored in our email and website systems and processed by the service providers described above. Those providers may process information in countries other than your own. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to comply with applicable legal requirements or address security incidents.

Policy updates

We will update this page when our practices change and display the effective date of the updated policy.
