Lakers clash with Rockets in West showdown
The Los Angeles Lakers (20-14) travel to Houston to play the Rockets (22-12) on Sunday. The Lakers are looking for their third straight win, while the Rockets are looking to rebound from a loss.

Lakers bench
The Purple and Gold will need their role players to have a great game against a deep Rockets team. Houston has seven players on their roster who average 10 or more points per game as a balanced attack.
To combat this, LA will need their bench to play well on both sides of the ball.
Battle of the Bigs
The matchup between Alperen Sengun and Anthony Davis will be pivotal in the outcome of the game. Sengun is having a great season, averaging 19/11/5 with 1.3 steals per game.
Sengun is an all-around offensive big man, and LA will need Davis to play great defense on him. Alternatively, the LakeShow will need Davis to dominate Sengun on offense. Davis needs to feast on one-on-one opportunities.
