Lakers vs Knicks Injury Report
Tonight, your Los Angeles Lakers (38-25) will take on the New York Knicks (41-23) at Crypto.com Arena. The New York Knicks are one of the hottest teams in basketball, winning 6 of their last 8 games.
Meanwhile, the Lakers are still trying to prove they’re legit as they haven’t found success against the league’s top teams. Tonight will be yet another opportunity for them to try to pick up a valuable win. Both teams are relatively healthy tonight, but Los Angeles will be without one of their stars.
The question is not only will two out of the three stars be able to carry, but will LA’s supporting cast step up to the plate tonight?
Lakers Injury Report
LeBron James – Out (Left elbow contusion; left foot arthritis)
It was unclear whether or not LeBron would be back tonight after missing the last game against Indiana. It was revealed nearly an hour before the game that James was officially downgraded to out.
Both Maxi Kleber and Deandre Ayton have been made available after both missing the previous game. The Lakers will certainly need all the help they can get against the Knicks.
Knicks Injury Report
Miles McBride – Out (Sports hernia surgery)
The only player out for the Knicks tonight will be Miles McBride. Reports say he could miss up to the playoffs as he recovers from surgery.
