Williams is one of the best young bigs in the league, averaging 16/10/3 with 1.2 blocks per game on 59/0/78 shooting splits.
The 23-year-old big man will fit well with the recently acquired Luka Doncic and their other playmaker, LeBron James.
He is a great rim protector, rebounder, and lob threat, which fits the mold of what they needed at center.
Williams is a true seven-footer and has one year remaining on his deal following this season for $6.28 million. He will then hit restricted free agency following the 2025-26 season.
This trade makes LA a great fit who will immediately come in and play well with the stars. He will also be a long-term fit at center alongside Doncic and Austin Reaves.
