Lakers at Blazers injury report
The Los Angeles Lakers travel to the Pacific Northwest tonight to take on the Portland Trail Blazers in their second game back from the All-Star break.
After a tough 100-97 loss to the Charlotte Hornets last night, a game that went down to the wire, the Lakers are still working to find their rhythm following the blockbuster trade that brought Luka Dončić to Los Angeles.
Unfortunately, Dončić will be sidelined tonight due to left calf injury management, adding another challenge to the Lakers’ efforts to build consistency.
With back-to-back games and key players dealing with injuries, the Lakers will need to find ways to maintain success as they fight for seeding in the Western Conference.
A win tonight would not only help build momentum but also give role players the chance to step up and contribute in the absence of key stars.

While the Trail Blazers are regaining key players from injury, the Lakers will face a tough test. Without Dončić and possibly LeBron, Los Angeles will need to find offensive sparks early in the game.
At the same time, Portland is looking to take advantage of their home-court advantage despite their struggles this season.
Tip-off is set for 7:00 PM PST as the Lakers aim to bounce back and gain momentum for the second half of the season.
