Lakers vs Hornets Injury Report

The Lakers will look to bounce back Monday night as they take on the Charlotte Hornets. Both teams are expected to be shorthanded for the matchup, so the injury report is something to monitor.

Lakers Injury Report:

Austin Reaves – Probable (Groin)

Reaves has missed the last three games due to a right groin strain, but was upgraded to probable on Monday afternoon and likely will make his return to the lineup. Reaves is averaging over 30 points a game this season.

Gabe Vincent – Out (Ankle)

Vincent remains out with an ankle injury and has yet to be cleared for 1-on-1 contact play.

LeBron James – Out (Back)

The Lakers received good news about James last week when it was announced he had been cleared for contact basketball activity. He is still out of the lineup for now. James has yet to make his season debut.

Adou Thiero – Out (Knee)

The Lakers’ 2025 draft pick is still ramping up to make his NBA debut. He performed shooting in drills in Charlotte after morning shootaround.

Hornets Injury Report:

Miles Bridges – Probable (Back)

Bridges is now probable as of Monday afternoon. He has yet to miss a game this season.

LaMelo Ball – Out (Ankle)

Ball will not play against the Lakers while he works through a right ankle impingement that has already caused him to miss the last 3 games.

Brandon Miller – Out (Shoulder)

Miller has been out since early November due to a shoulder injury. He will be reevaluated in a week.

Grant Williams – Out (Knee)

Williams is recovering from right knee surgery and has yet to make his season debut.

Josh Green – Out (Shoulder)

Green is yet another Hornet recovering from surgery, and has not played since April 2nd of last season.
