Lakers Waive Trey Jemison’s Two-Way Contract

The Los Angeles Lakers have waived Trey Jemison, creating an open two-way spot. Earlier on Monday, LA signed Christian Koloko and Chris Manon on two-way contracts.

Jemison appeared in 22 games for the Purple and Gold, averaging 2.6 points and 2.8 rebounds, shooting 61.9% from the field.

The 25-year-old big man was a solid depth big for the Lakers, but they value Koloko’s presence and will look to add another player on a two-way contract.

Rob Pelinka and the front office have solidified most of their roster for the 2025-26 season, barring a trade. It will be interesting to see who they target to replace Trey Jemison for their final two-way spot.
